They’re a decent auto shop. The owner is cool but I’d advise that you remain confident with what you’d like done. I am also writing this to inform you to remove all valuables from the car. They 100% took my cheap apple headphones, so who knows what else would be taken. I left them in my car as I used them at the gym, daily. I know it wasn’t the owner, but one or more of the mechanics has sticky fingers. The owner didn’t really care when I asked. Oh well - maybe they needed it more than me. Finally, I ended up taking my car somewhere else as I didn’t get my car fixed in the time that was presented to me when I first dropped my car. Blessing in disguise. I’d give 3 stars but the theft really left me with a bad taste. 👅

Finding a car repair shop you can trust is nearly impossible these days. I am overwhelmed by how fair, kind and knowledgeable the owner and staff are. As a woman on my own, I appreciate I wasnt persuaded to get a bunch of nonsense extra services. I was shown the problem with my car and understood what the problems were and was able to get a plan in place to fix my car so its safe to drive for me and my son. I will NEVER go to another car repair shop as long as I'm in Massachusetts. It is a RELIEF to know there's a car repair shop like this around because I didnt know people like that still exist in this world!

i have a nissan rogue that had world’s most stubborn check engine light. R&R was great and they finally got it to turn off for a very reasonable price :) highly recommend!

First time at R&R was after a different local mechanic replaced all my rotors and brakes. Three months later and they needed to be redone (poor workmanship) R&R not only did the labor at a discount, they contacted the other shop and got warranty for the parts. I didn’t pay a dime in materials; owner saved me about $700. R&R is now the only shop I’ll use.

4.5 Stars All of these were worked on: Muffler Gasket Front brakes Brake rotor and spark plugs Dave and the staff at this place are very hardworking and trustworthy individuals. I believe Dave went above and beyond by taking time out of his days and evenings outside of working hours to fulfil my endless car issues. I appreciate the staff for being accommodating and understanding to my car and non-car related questions. I recommend this auto shop due their integrity and authenticity to make sure all customers are satisfied by making sure their car needs are met. Additionally, they charge honest rates. However, it is key to remember this work is highly specialised trade which means the labor rates will vary. Thank you for the lifts as well to and from the auto shop.
