They told me they were going to fix the cv axle seal and charged 960. They gave me a invoice 2 days later saying they changed the cv axle. My car still leaks transmission fluid when it never leaked and they said they were going to fix the leak. They also kept the bottom cover of my car. The mechanic showed me a video of the leak and said it was only the seal. Other shops charge 400 for that job they charged double. My car still leaks and out a part. Bad work and don't put your car back together with all your parts

Got a tired from them thought it was going to last at least a few months. Didn't hold air for even two days. Went to big o to have it fixed and it appeared to have had been plugged on the wall of the tire and couldn't be repaired. I would recommend just getting a new tire as we ended up having to anyway for $110 Could've saved the $80 for the trash they gave me. Maybe they do those who speak Spanish better. I wouldn't recommend this place EVER!! IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS!!!

Haven’t been here in over a decade or so. I remember how helpful, affordable and super customer savvy these guys—use to be. So, imagine how embarrassed I was, bragging to my husband how good, I remember them to be— only to be disappointed. We were looking to replace our front tires and immediately the guy, tried to tell my husband, we needed to replace all four tires. Our back two tires are just fine. When my husband informed him that we just needed the two front tires— he tried to tell my husband that it’s “law” to replace all tires. My husband asked him what “law” and the guy went, radio silent. Then suddenly, he didn’t have our size tires—new or used. He didn’t even bother looking at our tires, to reference for size. It’s like, he didn’t care to help us and focused, on driving us away. This review is actually a negative and delinquent stars. Very ICE cold spot, with zero customer service!👀👀👀🤦🏽♀️

I’ve used Victor Tires for over 10 years, but in the past few years, their customer service and quality of work have gone downhill. The last time I took my vehicle in to have two tires replaced, they damaged the lug nut threads by over-drilling them. They forced the tire on and ended up causing damage, which required me to go elsewhere to have it properly replaced. Unfortunately, I am never using VT again.

Drove 30 minutes for them to tell me they cant install the Pirelli tires they had on my car because I had continentals in the rear. I wouldnt have cared, but before I made the drive, I called them and asked if they preferred me to just remove the wheels from the car and bring them to them and they told me it wont make a difference… My car is a Tesla and doesnt have a transfer case to distribute power, only two independent motors, so it doesnt matter. And if I would have just brought the wheels like I was thinking, I wouldnt have had to deal with their incompetence. I dont even know why I gave them a chance.

When Victor started, over 20 years ago, there wasn’t this type of work for Hispanics. Americans did almost all tire shops, mechanics, and car sales. Victor’s Tires grew by serving the Hispanic population of Utah, and the thing that made it work was the attention to detail, care of every customer, and giving the best price for the best work.
Victor came to the US because of his joy in traveling and discovering new things. Victor has always set daily goals and worked to achieve them.
Victor’s Tires started because Victor was trying to take care of people. He didn’t see it as a business at first, just a way to help others. A lot of people were asking him for favors and had questions about tires. He started only by separating bad tires from the good used ones.
Eventually, people started asking for specific tire sizes and asking if they could buy them. At first, he would find good used tires and give them away. Helping others find tires started with just one or two requests a week. When he started getting asked for tires 5-6 times a week, he realized that this could be a business.
