This shop really has good service going. The shop owner Alex helped me decide on a good all terrain tire but didn’t push me into something that wasn’t practical just to make a larger sale. He also balanced and installed the tires on my truck in a timely manner as I waited in the comfortable showroom. Highly recommended!

Great customer service! The owner replied fast and confirmed my appointment as soon as I was ready. Business was running smoothly on Friday late afternoon (they were still open after official business hours, probably depending on appointments). Very kind gentleman. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Rare Find – Honest, Veteran-Owned, and Truly Exceptional I can't say enough good things about Pioneer Valley Tire and its owner, Alex. This is the kind of local business we should all be supporting. Not only is it veteran-owned, but Alex runs it with integrity that's hard to come by these days. A Ford dealer told me six months ago that I’d need new brakes by my next oil change. Wanting to stay ahead of it, I brought my car to Alex to have both front and rear brakes done. I dropped it off, and within 15 minutes, Alex called me personally to say the brakes were still in good shape—and he didn’t feel right doing work that wasn’t needed. That level of honesty is rare. He could’ve just done the job and taken my money, but instead, he chose to do the right thing. If you're looking for someone you can truly trust with your vehicle, Alex at Pioneer Valley Tire is your guy. I’ll be going back for everything I need—and I suggest you do the same.
