This review is long overdue. I've taken my car to Automotive Guardian & Alignment a total of 4 times now within the last 4 years (for different reasons). Each time Joe, Javier & the rest of the team has always gone above & beyond. The past few times we've taken our car in, it was an issue that needed to be addressed right away. Our car was fixed within hours that same day & at a very reasonable price. I never once thought or felt like I could not trust Joe & his team to do the work that they do. It's hard to find trust worthy guys like them. You can definitely tell that they do, what they do from just being overall good guys. I truly appreciate them. Cant recommend enough! I drove over some construction scraps on the road that dislodged a plastic barrier under my car on a Friday evening. On Saturday, I drove around to a few auto shops on the east side that said they couldn't help me. I knew it was an easy fix- something that could take a few minutes at worst. I turned into Guardian and they immediately said yes and fixed my car in minutes as I waited in their AC. They were honest, fast, and dependable. Ill be back for all things auto going forward and will be sending all my friends in their direction as well.

Joe and Javier were amazing! I’d had a lot of work done on my truck before road-tripping to Austin, but had started to hear a clicking/rattling noise. Javier found a half dozen instances of the previous shop leaving bolts loose or missing entirely. Could not be more grateful for them fitting me in the same day and being so thorough. Took a seriously large weight off of my mind. Could not recommend them more!

I had a fantastic experience at this shop. The team was professional, honest, and incredibly trustworthy. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, and the price was more than fair. It’s such a relief to find a place where you feel like you’re being treated with respect and honesty. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future car needs.

I had my car here for an emergency repair while traveling. 4 used tires and an alignment. I now have one completely flat tire and a tire pressure monitoring system error, within a week of having the services performed. The used tire, eh whatever, kinda is what it is. But the TPMS is aggravating. When I pulled out I got an alarm for tire pressure so I topped off all the tires and the alarm wouldn’t clear. I had to get back on the road. I checked every gas stop and pressure was fine. Now the TPMS is just throwing a system error that I’m going to have to fix. I will say the folks were nice and seemed cool, they got it done quick when I needed it. Just not really appreciating the damage to other components.
