I took my car in for a repair and initially agreed to the service but quickly changed my mind (due to the price) and called them to cancel the service within a couple hours and BEFORE any work had begun on my car. I was assured that I’d canceled in time. I informed them I’d pick up my car in the morning. When I arrived (just after they opened), they had my car in the shop performing the service I’d canceled. I was appalled. They were aware I’d canceled and went forward with the repair anyway. I was forced to pay for an unauthorized service. The man I dealt with was immature and rude, grinning at my dismay. Horrible customer service! These are shady crooks. Do not bring your vehicle to this establishment.

Cangany’s came as a recommendation as a trustworthy auto repair company from someone who had many years experience with using them for auto repairs. I was very pleased with their service, knowledge and pricing. I will definitely go back for future needs and I highly recommend them.

Did an excellent repair on my Wrangler. Worked with me and my warranty provider to ensure it was relatively paineless....communicated clear and OFTEN about progress and pricing! Would Definitely recommend John and team to anyone!

I always appreciate the men at Cangany but, $200+ just to install a drivers side mirror (that I provided) was steep. The invoice said that it took an hour and a half to put it on. I was there no more than 30 minutes, There was no electrical to be done on the mirror and the wires were still there. It was just knocked off the side of the car. The old one couldn’t be used because the framing was gone so I bought a new one, took it to the shop and they put it on and again it took 30 minutes or less and they still charged 200+ dollars. But other than that, they always do a great job and I will be going back to them to get my fender fixed.

Car maintenance is a headache and trying to find a place that doesn't add to the stress of it all is hard. Cangany at Mitthoeffer has been nothing but great. Amazing customer service from all the guys I've talked to. Car Maintenance cost is easier to stomach because they are honest and up front. They are honest about whether you need or should get something. And that makes me know that I am truly getting the best price. I'm willing to drive 11 miles and through a mall parking lot filled with potholes to get to Cangany.
