Walked in on a Monday afternoon expecting them to be busy after the weekend. But they were able to take me on right away and help me with my slow leak on my wheel I brought in. Unfortunately it was on the bead so I couldn't do much myself but they were able to knock it out in no time. Highly recommend, would return in the future.

I brought in my truck to have new 35x12.50’s put on my 20x12 wheels, and that being said I expected to pay a little more being that they’re a “larger” tire, but they scratched 3 out of my four wheels, and still charged me 288 dollars to mount and balance FOUR tires, that is 65 dollars a tire, and then a 28 dollar disposal fee in which I was never made aware of, and i didn’t catch any of it until after I paid for everything so I guess that’s on me, but they will be hearing from me soon. Not happy, and it really sucks because Al’s treated us very well in the past.

Came in for an alignment and they found another small issue I had with the car that I’ve been trying to find forever. Super friendly and did an amazing job. Definitely will be coming back if I need anything.

Hate to do this but, it’s my honest experience and last one with getting tires here. I’ve used Al’s a number of times always solid and on point. My last experience was anything but that. Wrong tire size ordered which wasn’t noticed until they were about to be installed..and then wrong brand and type of tire installed on my truck a week later. Real shame to see this place has fallen off.
