At O’Briens I got an oil change, an exhaust replacement and rear suspension enhancement for my Toyota Tacoma. This summer, parts came in piecemeal but I could wait for everything and come in once. I towed my trailer before the work and thought I was going to die on the hills to NY. After the rear end work and exhaust replacement, I was king of the road, man. No hesitation, steady ascent from here to Binghamton. A good reliable result for 16.5’ trailer towing. I came in to the next door business for my trailer and Todd was sure to check my ubolts for tightness without my request. Charlie, the senior customer support dog, was extremely attentive while I waited.

O'Briens is only mechanic I'll take my car to now. He has a small shop, and a few local guys who work for him. They are all ready to answer any questions you have about anything car related, and if they dont know, they'll find someone who does. Todd, the owner and head mechanic, is great about telling you all the options for your car. Even if the best option is for you to just do it yourself, he will tell you (even though that means he isn't getting paid). Turnaround time is prompt, and they are great at calling you back if you couldn't get ahold of them after work hours. I could go on for a while, but I dont want to sound like an ad. I really like this place. They are honest, and take pride in their work. I recommend them to everyone I can.
