Write a good review for a tire shop where I had a wheel alignment for my car.I would like to share my positive experience with Tire Pros' wheel alignment service. The staff were incredibly professional and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, ensuring I understood the work being performed on my car. The wheel alignment was completed efficiently, and the results were immediately noticeable in the improved handling of my vehicle. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this tire shop to others needing wheel alignments.

No review will give my experience justice. I had a simple question about my tire valve, didn’t even come to get anything fixed. They clearly don’t understand that I’m just asking them to look at something, not get it fixed, and tell me they can’t work on my car because one of my tires is bad. I tell them that I understand that and just want them to come out and look at the valve, I even offer to pay since they’re being weird. They then proceed to repeat the same line over and over again like parrots until I eventually just walk out. Ended up going to jiffy lube and they told me I just needed to tighten my valve. It was that simple. One of the most bizarre encounters I’ve ever had.
