Jeff the manager always has been more than fair and has been great with helping me out with any issues I might have on all of my cars’ I’ve ever owned and his staff are good guys’ . Jeff has done favors for me more than once and he’s very appreciated . Anything from my 1986 mustang to my 2000 jeep, to my families 2016 Ford Edge—and today picking up my 90” Celica , he does it all and is always good work.

My mom brought her jeep in and they put on the wrong tires. She drove around with one tire different than the other three. They "fixed it" then called her back because they put on the wrong tires AGAIN because those weren't the ones she paid for. Good for figuring that one out I guess. I'll give them that. Then she heard some noise and brought it to another shop. APPARENTLY they didn't even tighten the lug nuts properly and her tire was literally about to fall off. Who doesn't know how to tighten lug nuts on properly? Helen Keller could do a better job than city tire. She's too nice to complain. She even drove with me in the car so they have not only put my mom, myself at risk and possibly other people on the road.

Bought 4 brand new Toyo Tires from this place. Only drove about 22,000 miles when the 1st tire "split"! Drove a few more miles and a 2nd tire "split"! Well today, the 3rd tire did as well!!! This is RIDICULOUS especially for the money spent!!! Someone said the tire looked like it was a "ReTread" Tire!! NEVER using this business again!!!!! UPDATE: We would like to THANK Jessica who responded to my post who suggested we speak to Andrew from the Corporate Office. We explained the situation to Andrew about the 3 bad tires and he took care of the situation for us!! He instructed Jeff the Store Manager to replace the 2 tires at NO COST to us that had just gone "bad" and the tires were mounted and balanced for FREE on Friday. THANK YOU Jessica for your suggestion and Andrew for correcting the situation and we will definitely give this business another chance in the future. They stood behind their product. 😊
