This place is the best. The staff are honest and accommodating and their work is top notch. Old school customer service at its finest. I manage a fleet of 12 vehicles and bring them all and my personal vehicle here for service. I would recommend the same for anyone else.

They took my car and I waited for a day and a half for them to do it, they didn't do it. I was going to change 4 tires. I was also going to change the pads and teeth. My car was fine. I went there but my car was making noise even when I took it from there. I went there and tried to explain it. They say it's not a problem with us. I say there was no problem between me and them before I had this car done here and they made me pay 1500 liras again and I paid 1000 dollars again. That's why I was not satisfied at all. For your information. I am sending the picture. I already told them these things. You can write them as well because I will write you a message like this. They said it's not a problem. I will send this so that people can see it, I am also a mechanic and I don't deceive people, shame on you

Was delivering down the street and noticed a tire wall blow out on one of my drives and some warping on another drive tire. Came here to City Tire and they got me in right away. Professional and most importantly: QUICK!! Mounted my spare and got a NEW tire on the warped position for the price of what other BIG TRUCK STOP Shops charge for just 1 new tire. Would highly recommend if you are in the area!! 5 Star service. 2 tires in and out in less than 45 minutes (probably was closer to 30 mins).

I started going here after being referred by our auto insurance. I was able to use the convenience of OPENBAY to get estimates before committing to the service. Half the battle with car repairs is the surprising costs. Not here….No surprises….Just great people! Mike and Ray are wonderful to work with! I wish I found this shop sooner. As a woman, not so knowledgeable in this field, car repairs have been so difficult for me to navigate. They’re honest and only do what’s needed. Recently they diagnosed my car AND filled my tires for free. They’ve encouraged me to check recalls and warranties when needed before doing the work. They know my name when I walk in! Came here recommended by my Godson. Incredible quote for4 tires w/ lifetime rotations. Done. Great quote for brake pads and 2 rotors. Done! New battery! Done!! 2 hours in and out!!! Polite, fast service from Ray!! The only place I'll go now!!!!
