Had a flat which Lug Master appeared within 2 hours. No problem as I had a second vehicle and tire was flat on vehicle 1 which was in my driveway. They repaired it and left. Woke up the next day and flat again. Again no problem and they were there in a very short period and couldnt find anything, came back with the new tire and didn't charge me anything! Excellent service! Thanks again Lug Wrench! Outstanding!

From the initial contact, making a reservation, to the install was outstanding!! In the line of work I’m in, getting the time to get tires is almost impossible. I will never sit in a tire shop again Thanks Hunter and lugwrenchpros!!!

Since we are also a mobile repair company; our vans are always on the road. Therefore going to a tire shop is inconvenient and time consuming. I called Lugwrench hero’s & was scheduled the same day and they arrived within the time frame provided. Hunter & Noah had 4 new tires installed quickly & even took care of a nail in a tire for me. Definitely plan on using them in the future when our other vans are ready for new tires! Thanks Nate, Hunter & Noah w Lugwrench Hero’s!

I came into the building looking for a place for an emergency and I didn't know they were mobile and they still helped me. Saved me some money and .4 miles from my home. The entire staff has amazing customer service. I highly recommend these guys for you to call out to you. They don't have to be the fastest but they are very thorough looking at everything around the tire to make sure your safety is good.

Nathan Martin, owner and operator of LugWrench Heroes, has worked in the tire industry since 2004. He was employed at full-service tire shops for over 16 years and a large portion of those years, Nathan held management positions and had always had the desire to start his own business. Nathan actually stumbled into the tire industry by accident - he was a dedicated employee in the food service industry when he was offered a job at a local tire company due to his amazing customer service skills. He is now an industry expert and understands tires and wheels unlike anyone else. Outside of LugWrench Heroes, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and getting active.
