Rapidly lost tire pressure while on a long roadtrip, and called Joe's. They were able to look at my tire, remove the screw, and patch the tire within the hour of me first calling. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable, joined in the fun with my two little boys, and had a good sense of humor as my boys lost patience and grew restless. Their main office has a clean children's corner with coloring books, a children's table, bean bag chairs, toy cars and squishy flooring with colorful roads.

Was in the market for new tires and new rims. Many people recommended Joe's Tire. Within 1 week of reaching out, I had rims picked out, ordered, and installed, and my car was done. Their customer service is impeccable. The younger man there, Joe, was such a huge help in finding the rims I wanted and answering ALL the questions I had, which was a ton. I will definitely recommend Joe's to anyone looking for a reliable place for tires. Thanks Joe!! Love my wheels! Makes it feel like I have a new car!!!
