We had a blowout on our camper about 4 miles away and they sent a truck to come put on the spare and we followed them back to their shop. The tires were starting to dry rot so we had them change all 7 tires (including spare) which they had in stock. While we waited, the owner let us use his personal vehicle to go find something to eat. They had us back on the road in a couple of hours. I highly recommend these guys. Awesome customer service! You dont find that much anymore. Thank you!

Only in a small town can you find service like this. We are from MN on a road trip in our campervan with 2 dogs and noticed a flat on one of the back dually tires. We called and were told to come right away. We were all welcomed into their waiting room. The dogs curled up in their beds and chewed on their bones while I made myself comfortable in a chair to watch Friends on their TV, and my husband made himself a cup of coffee. Within an hour, we were on our way. Justin and Zack, you have a great staff. We appreciate how fast and friendly you all were.

I trust Hometown Tire and Service for all of my automotive needs. Christine is a true professional who cares about customer satisfaction! I needed to purchase tires for my vehicle and was unsure of the brand of tire I wanted, I just knew I wanted quality tires that did not break the bank and would last. She made recommendations based on how I used my vehicle and took the time to explain the benefits of each tire recommended. The whole process was short and sweet with no stress! I e been coming here for over 3 years. Great service, great value and best service team I’ve dealt with…..ever. I drive over 10 miles each way, but it’s always worth it. And, they don’t nickel & dime you on small stuff, very straightforward.

2.5 hours for 4 tires and to have alignment checked, 10 minutes filling out the tire financing application. After 2.5 hours I declined the alignment, went to pay for it, charged full amount, and bill isn't even in my name. Leave in truck after nitrogen was suppose to be put in tires, after 25 miles none leveled the same.
