Took my truck to them see if they can get the nail off n fix my tires, brand new tires was told it not fixable, went to auto zone buy stuff to fix my tires n im still using that tires with no problem!. Unprofessional they only want me to get a used tires n they keep my new tires!.

Was told to have them patch up our tires to get us on a Sunday. The staff and the service was amazing. While we waited we had the best tamales we have ate. Beyond pleased with this place

two issues. First one was when I came in for a front wheel alignment after I had done my cv axles and wheel bearing assembly. Guy tells me I have bad ball joints. My ball joint had been replaced with my lower control arm about 40k miles ago and showed no play. I asked mechanic to show me the play. he did not want to and hesitated. finally service advisor comes over and mechanic decides to show me the play. when he put a pressure on the wheel and not between the balljoint and knuckle i knew right away he didn't know what he was talking about. I asked for his certificate and was basically laugh at for asking if he is certified to even use the alignment machine. He ended up doing the alignment but didn't secure the clamps for inner tie rod bellows. so now I need new ones. Second issue is pricing. I was told 80 flat to swap over some tires to another set and balance. Came to drop them off and was 150. guy at the counter dropped it to 128. So last time I come here for any kind of service.

When Victor started, over 20 years ago, there wasn’t this type of work for Hispanics. Americans did almost all tire shops, mechanics, and car sales. Victor’s Tires grew by serving the Hispanic population of Utah, and the thing that made it work was the attention to detail, care of every customer, and giving the best price for the best work.
Victor came to the US because of his joy in traveling and discovering new things. Victor has always set daily goals and worked to achieve them.
Victor’s Tires started because Victor was trying to take care of people. He didn’t see it as a business at first, just a way to help others. A lot of people were asking him for favors and had questions about tires. He started only by separating bad tires from the good used ones.
Eventually, people started asking for specific tire sizes and asking if they could buy them. At first, he would find good used tires and give them away. Helping others find tires started with just one or two requests a week. When he started getting asked for tires 5-6 times a week, he realized that this could be a business.
