Excellent experience with Ricky. I had heard very good things about Jennings and this was my first time coming here. Ricky is very honest and transparent. He explained the possible outcomes of the tire issue I was having. They immediately started working on my car and had it ready for pick up within a few hours. Took my car here to get inspected, didn’t wait any longer than a hour, also when I got my car back. The outside was spotless. There was wax like sap on the hood of my car the car wash wouldn’t even remove. Completely gone! I didn’t even know that was part of the deal . Totally recommend this place.

Had a flat tire on the highway. They called all the nearby places to find a replacement but there were none. They worked hard to find a good solution and provided outstanding service. Clearly they have a lot of integrity. Hopefully I won't need them again as I don't live nearby but I would HIGHLY recommend this team for car service.

The staff has always been courteous, helpful, honest, respectful and supportive. Their style is a throwback to how people used to treat each other. Of course, prices for EVERYTHING have become almost prohibitive but Jennings’ willingness and attempts to “ease the pain” offers the most bang for your buck.
