Could not be happier with my experience! Mitch was super helpful and kind, and the price was a very good deal for all the work my car needed. They even went out of their way to switch my tire valve caps on my new tires to the bling ones I had on my old tires which I thought was very sweet of them to do. Definitely a customer for life after today :)

These are some good guys. I showed up as an emergency with no appointment. They found the problem and fixed my truck. I've used them for 25 years. They're dependable. And they're very close to my home. I have no idea how their prices compare, because I mostly use them. It seems like good value. And I like the entire crew.

Have come here on several occasions Mitch has always been friendly, honest and helpful. Last visit we thought the tire could not be repaired and they found a way. Helping me save money. Was in and out fast. Will continue to do business here!

My inspection report included rear brake and rotor replacement. The technician specifically stated my rear brakes were at 2mm and dangerous to drive on. I took my car to another shop (and paid for their labor) only to discover my rear brakes were practically brand new with no signs of wear and my rotors did not show signs of damage or wear either. Had I paid this shop the several hundred dollars they were asking, I would have never known this happened. I would not trust this shop without personal verification of the inspection report. Ask for pictures or for the technician to show you the problem personally. Its a shame you cannot trust shops to be honest. I already submitted this complain to the BBB and have not received a response. Edit after business reponse: Please notice how I did not mention any work on my vehicle that was completed or paid for in full from Tire Pros. I am mostly satisfied with the repairs and have addressed the other concerns mentioned with other shops. The only relevant part of their reply is right here: "We acknowledge your concern regarding a brake recommendation that was made during the visit. After reviewing the situation internally, we determined this recommendation was made in error. We do not tolerate false or misleading recommendations to our customers. As a result, the technician involved is no longer employed with our company. We sincerely apologize for this miscommunication." I simply wanted to share my experience about being misconstrued regarding my inspection report. I find it very difficult to find a good honest auto shop in Atlanta, and unfortunately, I would not recommend friend or family go here after my experience. I hope you honestly addressed the issue, but many other customers may have experienced the same thing I did, and I believe it is fair for other consumers to hear my story.
