DeSantie Tire Company is the absolute best. They have wonderful service, fair prices, and always go above and beyond to provide an excellent customer experience. I had an alloy wheel that cracked and broke on a highway right before leaving on a long road trip. They were able to find an exact matching replacement wheel, get it fitted and installed, all within part of a day before leaving on the trip. Truly amazing people and service here. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Lou and his team will take the best care of you. I have gone back to DeSanti tire several times and have always had the best experience. I was missing my hubcaps and Lou told me to stop by the shop since he had a few. He didn't just give me the hubcaps, he painted my other wheel black to match the rest, he rotated my tires and filled my tires with air. I went in thinking it was just one thing I'd get but Lou and his team did not let me leave until they felt I was taken care of. Great prices, great service and great people!

My car had a nail in the tire that needed removed. I dropped the car off on my way to work and they had it fixed in 30 minutes for a VERY reasonable price! Staff was friendly and professional and they balanced my tires for free. Next time I had a tire problem on another vehicle I went back and when the tire wasn't done in the estimated time frame they offered to drive me to work down the street.
