I visited this place recently to have some tire pressure monitor sensors installed on my vehicle, on my first trip out on vacation. I immediately had issues with them and called them. They stated that it could be because there’s other electronic devices on board that could be interfering. I have since gone to another technician and had him diagnose my unit and found out that the sensors that were installed were not actually communicating with the computer. I am now having to replace those brand new sensors with new factory sensors that will reach the computer so my system will work as it should. I spent over $300 here for the sensors that do not work. The staff seem friendly and somewhat knowledgeable, but unfortunately the items I was sold do not work and they came up with excuses that it could be this or that when another master technician disagrees and he showed me with his device what was going on?

Al’s Tire did an excellent job. Got a great set of tires and fixed my tire pressure sensors quickly. I made a convenient appointment online and the communication was clear and timely. The price was fair and the service was top notch. I was super impressed.

Tim and Don at Al’s tires and service have been nothing but kind & helpful professionals! They have provided services for my husband’s truck, my 2 son’s vehicles, and my SUV. They’ve done mechanical work, tire repair, and putting brand new tires on all four of our vehicles at some point. We had a small issue with my husband’s new truck tires with some uneven wear after an alignment. I called twice and spoke to Don & Tim, and told them the issue. They were very understanding, and accommodating to the issue. I’m happy to say after 2 adjustments the issue is fixed. They stand by their work. I have been there quite a bit with them servicing 4 of our vehicles. Tim is a nice guy, no nonsense, and no BS kinda guy. He runs a tight ship as the owner, and won’t steer you wrong. I saw that right off the bat. My dad when he lived in Westfield in the 80’s & 90’s before he moved to the Cape, and later passed away always used Al’s. That’s the only place he got his tires. My family is picking up where he left off! 100% would recommend Al’s tire and service to anyone!

I called 4 different garages for front end alignment on my 92 toyota dolphin Which is a truck with camer attached 20 from long 11 ft high Nonetheless less the body and chassis are truck Not one of them said they can perform f.e.a. on this vehicle. All of them had a big garage So I was running out of garages Als tire and auto had 5 star reviews said yes I tell yeah , the nicest people and the service and prices were exceptional I told my family and they will tell there friends Im heading back to Arizona Thank you Als tire and automotive
