Called to see if they will mount 4 new tires on 21inch and 22inch factory size wheels for a bmw x5. Quoted 100$ a tire totalling 400$ for just labor. Called bmw dealer got a quote for 70$ a tire. Do your research before coming, some old corner shop wants to charge more than a specialist dealer. When asked why is it so much got told to take it somewhere else. Will do, and you should too.

Brought my truck in to remove whole lift kit and an alignment and discussed verifying vehicle stability/suspension for damage and repair after hitting a curb. I had a positive camber lean on the passenger front wheel. I requested a price quote for the service and parts for everything. None of this happened. -I waited two days, never got a quote, I got a sudden call the work was done. -Stability light is still on. They stated I needed a dealership reset. I already knew that was incorrect. -They only removed my front spacers for the lift kit. I requested all of it. The ticket states, "remove body lift kit." Not just front spacers. -No road test. Steering wheel wobbles and vehicle pulls to the right. Vehicle "groans and shudders" when curving left. -No inspection, repairs, parts installed to stability system or suspension. -I inspected my tie rod ends. Noticed they used pliers, not wrenches, scarring and shaving metal. -None of the front shocks had their nuts tightened, even halfway off. -They stated I never asked for a suspension/ stability inspection and repair. We discussed using moog parts, and they even wrote "moog" and "V suspension" on my ticket. They did not listen. They did incomplete and incorrect work using incorrect tools, gave incorrect information, never gave a quote and did not do a before and after inspection, they did not road test. Everything about this went wrong and they obviously don't know how to do car business. Quote, road test and inspection are the basics. After all that, it was $200 for an alignment and a whopping $320 to remove front pucks. That's driveway work. No need for that much money. They did offer to correct the alignment, but after the work they did, how am I supposed to believe they would or even CAN fix it? Never again.

Completely unprofessional and dishonest service I went to A Expert Tire & Service on Alico Rd. for a flat tire repair, and they charged me $40 in cash for a job that was absolutely worthless. They didn’t even clean the inside of the tire before applying the hot patch — the inside was full of dirt, and the patch was never properly attached. It was completely loose and ineffective. The very next day, the tire was completely flat again. I had to go to another tire shop, where they charged me only $25 and actually fixed the problem. The technician there showed me how bad the previous job had been — the patch had never bonded, and the inside of the tire was still filthy, just as it had been when I got the so-called “repair”. The customer service at A Expert Tire was just as bad as the work itself — careless, dismissive, and unprofessional. They took my money and gave me nothing in return. This business should not be trusted. If you care about your vehicle and your money, stay far away from this place. There are honest professionals out there — this isn’t one of them.

Real customer service and professional! An employee lent us a spare tire off of his own vehicle! Because we had a cracked rim and needed to get a new one told us to bring it back as soon as we do! How many places would do that these days with any of the big tire stores like Firestone do this no way!
