Far from a pleasant experience. I called in friday to make an appt for Saturday morning being that I needed two tires changed before a long road trip. Came in and was told it would be a few hours, had to explain I made an appointment and was thank fully pushed though the next person in line. However this is where things fall behind, mind you it was only two rear tires which took over an hour to change. Now I get if it was super busy and they were short handed but they were literally just chillen and talking half the time.

What an awesome place. We were welcome with a great smile and friendly attitude by the staff. Mr. Erik Soto took over at the counter and proceeded to have our tires installed. Every Tech at the place took the time to say Good Morning and welcome my wife and myself. They told me Jeep would be ready in an hour. Took them 55 minutes and Erik was again very thankful for our business. I highly recommend San Dimas Tires the staff’s polite attitude makes this place awesome. Very Service oriented. Thank You.

I went to Tire Pros for the first time on a friend’s recommendation. I just needed new rims I purchased switched out for my 2024 Ford Maverick. Upon arrival, I was greeted by their friendly staff. They were informative and explained in advance of possible extra charges. I felt confident and appreciated their honesty as well as their fair prices. I will definitely return for any future tire related issues. Thanks guys!

I've been going to Tire Pros since they were at the Glendora location. Now I drive to San Dimas to continue to get honest, fair priced service. The service advisors always take good care of me, keep me informed of maintenance and reasonable time to complete service. Bradley and Fred are top notch professionals and the service staff has never once had me come back for any recurring issues. I've gone to other shops in the past 10 years and have learned my lesson with price gauging and dishonest mechanics. Thanks to the fellas at Tire Pros, you guys make it easy to keep my Mercedes-Benz in top running form.

I went here on December 11, 2025, between 10:30 and 11:30 am. First of all, I can say this: since moving to the United States, I had never experienced racism—until I came to this place. They asked for $253 just to install four complete wheels that I had already brought as a full set, including balanced tires and TPMS sensors, ready to be mounted on the car. Their excuse was that the lug nuts from my vehicle could not be used with the new wheels, and they tried to force me to buy a lug nut set for $140. On top of that, they also demanded $25 per wheel for mounting, a fee that other shops usually charge only when a tire is removed from a rim and a different tire is installed. In my case, the job was simply to remove the old wheels and install the new ones I brought. When you walk in, there are two customer representatives behind a desk. One is a tall, big-built man standing on the left, and the other is a thin man standing closer to the wall. Since neither of them even bothered to tell me their names, I am describing them this way. When I first entered, the thin man near the wall told me the price would be $20 per tire. Later, the tall, big-built man came over and said that this person “doesn’t work here and doesn’t know the prices,” even though when I walked in, that same person was sweeping the floors inside the office. The tall man told me that he would give me the price first and then the work would be done. While I was sitting inside waiting, he brought the quote. When I said that I found the $250 price too high and did not want to proceed, he started making faces and repeatedly saying, “Are you serious?” He then said that they had already started working on the car. I told him clearly that they did not get my approval and reminded him that he had said he would give me the price first before any work was done. Despite this, he kept repeating, “Are you serious?” At that point, he crumpled the paper in his hand, and despite my refusal, they forced the situation and brought my car in anyway, trying to pressure me into accepting the charge. When I asked if there was any possibility of a discount, he raised his voice and said in a condescending and humiliating tone, “This is not the Middle East, this is America.” It was clear from my accent that I am an immigrant, and since he couldn’t overcharge me, he chose to insult and demean me with a racist remark. I had the exact same work done just 2 miles away for $45. No lug nuts were changed, nothing extra was done. The full set of wheels I brought was installed, and the old ones were removed, exactly as it should have been. If you come here trusting the 5-star Google reviews, you will be making a big mistake, just like I did. I have never seen another place this racist, treating people like they exist only to be taken advantage of. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
