Nate and his team are fantastic. Went there for a vehicle inspection originally and my car unfortunately didn't pass; however, Nate clearly communicated to me why it did not pass, and allowed me to leave my vehicle in his care until the shop was back open. Nate then called when the shop reopened and explained options being sensitive to price and my needs both financially and how I use my vehicle. Within hours, the car was ready to go that same day. The team seeks not only to fix, but also to educate and explain why they are doing what they are doing. Also they attached my new front plate on for free when I told them I had the part to do so! Will definitely be coming back for my future auto needs. You want a trustworthy mechanic, this is it.

Woke up and got out of my hotel to see my car with a flat tire. Had work and it’s was snowing hard. Brought the car with a flat deflated tire sounded like a screeching banshee as I was driving. Got it in gave me all of my options the mechanic bothered to go out back and look through the pile of Spair tires in the snow. And listed out everything that could be done. I got a patch it took 20 mins or so and I’m back on the road. Great guys honest service and no problems over here.

Nate’s the man. Had my car towed here after a hit and run and they had everything handled—insurance appraisal; repair; body work—in a week. Nate kept me updated at every stage of the process. Doesn’t hurt that they’re open 24 hours for dropping off / picking up. I’ll be handling all future auto maintenance at Chico’s.
