Always great service from this shop. They communicate well on work that is recommended. They do not do unessacry work just to make money. They keep the customer in mind always. I have taken all three of my households' vehicles to Belden's for about 5 years now.

Came in for a sound that came from under the front tire. The team diagnosed very quickly with a high price tag (understandable, replacing suspension parts). $2700 later, we pick up the car and the sound is there. We bring it back, they tighten things up, we pick the car up, the sound is still there. We bring it back again … they rediagnose the problem and now it’s additional $900. I don’t doubt that my car had suspension problems but the issue I came in with didn’t get addressed, and we had to come is so many times! I personally lost trust in their business, as I am uncertain another $900 will fix it. That being said their customer service is good and they have been very apologetic. Nonetheless - I highly recommend you get a second opinion for high price fixes.

The team at Belden's are great. I went in for an oil change and they also conducted a complete diagnostic and check up of my vehicle. I appreciated the attention to detail. They also provided a complete written report along with a follow up call. I also appreciate the courtesy ride provided.

Our “maintenance required” light came on and the car manual said it could be problems with the emissions, or the engine! Having dealt with Belden’s on Military and Lockehill-Selma before, I knew I would receive an honest assessment and fair price to fix my Buick SUV. I left my SUV with them, and I got a free and pleasant ride back to my home. When I picked it up after repair, it was like driving a brand new car! I can’t thank Belden’s enough, and it feels so good to know my vehicle has been thoroughly inspected, serviced, and is now safe to drive, free of car worries, all at a very fair price.
