Location, business district, Parking: Okay, service: impressed, knowledge: Very good. Push to sell products you don't need: did not feel that way. Repor with past customers: good, prices on service: I was happy. Overall: This was a first-time try. Now that I have added another car, I had to find the tires required for the new vehicle. This was one of the few that could get my tires quickly ( within a day), They did offer to fix the puncture first, which was nice and gave me a t8.e to bring it in. They checked the tire, fixed the flat, and the prices were very reasonable. They also gave me some solid info on my car that will be helpful for future prevention. I will go back as I did see older customers return happy with what was done in the past. There are some other areas to look at until then a solid 4 stars...

Highly recommend this business. Excellent professional, honest, and friendly service (helped by Eric). I purchased a couple of tires here last September. Competitive pricing. Very good experience. Today, I noticed a nail in my tire - in the tread, but near the sidewall. Fearing the worst case scenario, I returned to the SD Tire Pros and had them take a look. When they pulled the nail, they found it was short and didn't puncture all the way through. They inspected the tires for other issues and finding none, sent me on my way, no charge. Took maybe 10 - 15 minutes total. 5 stars all the way.

I'm from out of state and stopped in to have my tire checked for a slow leak. They were very friendly and accommodating. They found the hole and patched it up quickly. Great group of people working there! Strongly recommend if you are having issues with a tire or need new tires. They gave great recommendations on new tires for when I will be needing new ones.

I have been going here for probably 30 years. They probably have 8 cars in the system with my name on it. They always have the lowest prices. The guys are direct, straightforward and nice. I go there also because if I ever have a flat or a nail or something, they fix it. Almost always for free. It's hard to find such a good tire store. tires are important. It's worth a 15 minute drive for me.

I called spoke with Eric. Told him I needed 2 tires right away because I had a screw in one. He told me come tight before 4pm. I waited and the work was complete by 515. Very happy with service. Will come back for Alignment.
