WOW! What a fantastic experience. From the two phone calls I made earlier in the day to pulling out of their parking lot. Tori was so friendly and kind on the phone and helped me pick out the best tires for my needs. She mentioned calling ahead to make sure there wouldn't be a wait. Sure enough when I called on my way she said it should there wasn't much of a wait at all. When I arrived there was no wait at all. When I arrived someone from the back came out the moment I walked in the door went over tire sensors and everything about them with me.. Ultimately teaching me why they aren't really needed. I took some cards so I can hand them out at work and to friends. They were the least expensive of any of the places I called and I must've called 5 places between North Adams and Greenfield. They have a 12,000 mile warranty and offer free rotation! I work with the public and going above and beyond for people is a big skill to have. They do not fall short. Thank you Hometown Tireworks!

A huge Thank you to Hometown Tire in North Adams! What I thought was gonna be 300$ for 1 tire ended up only being 25$ for a tire repair. Thank you for your honest blessing! 🙏❤️ Working a 16 hour shift on Thanksgiving and ran over a railroad spike bringing a coworker home and flattened my tire. This truly a thanksgiving blessing, thank you!

They do not take appointments and there are very long wait times for walk-ins, because they give priority to people who leave their car. Unfortunately, dropping off the car is not possible for a lot of us. I went somewhere else, which was much more accommodating.

Quick and friendly service... helped with deciding which tires I wanted... very fair prices..went to pick my truck up and when they gave me my bill it was $120 lower than their quote...they noticed my Veteran plates and gave me a discount... I did not ask for it but was pleasantly pleased that they take care of us Veterans
