Purchased my 2017 Fiat 124 Spider within the last 6 months. I brought it to Bristow's on a friend's recommendation. Glad I did. Had them do a comprehensive inspection and then had them do the repairs. Car currently has 66k miles on it and it felt like it before. Now it feels like a brand new car! Everything is tight and work is very well done! They've helped me remember why I love roadster! I strongly recommend Bristow's! We've already scheduled our appointment for the wife's car! Glad we don't have to work with the old dealer anymore!

Absolutely 5-star+ service. My BMW roadster service light was on for some time and I was recommended to Bristow’s and am very thankful for their work recommendation and honest report. I knew some of the service that was going to be needed and they did a much more thorough job. Very friendly and courteous, contacting me to confirm the service and cost associated with my Beamer. I was interested in buying a used car and brought it to Bristow’s for a comprehensive inspection. It was such a great experience. They did a thorough job of checking out the vehicle, provided full documentation, and gave me an authentic, honest, real recommendation for how I should proceed. The fellow I spoke with was patient, kind, a ln excellent communicator, thoughtful and measured - and I just never would have expected to have such a wonderful experience. I am so thankful I went to them!! Can I give more stars than 5 please?? They absolutely deserve it!

I had the Bristow team align my son’s track car recently. They listened to my setup request, and we then agreed on the settings. They then methodically went through the steps to make it happen. They ran into a small problem but took the time to fix it before completing the work. I definitely recommend them for their attention to detail.
