They did the job/task wrong. We had them switch the rims from our old tires to our new tires. They put one rim on the wrong way. We also asked them to save and give us back the not popped tire which had "save" written on it in chalk. They gave us the wrong tire back. We were still able to get the correct tire when we asked. They should have a better attention to detail when it comes to tires.
