I had my radio screen replaced here and couldn’t be happier with the experience! The price was very reasonable compared to other shops I checked, and the service was top-notch. Jack was so friendly and personal, really taking the time to explain everything and make sure I felt comfortable with the work being done. My Jeep feels brand new again thanks to them! I’ll definitely be back for any future needs and highly recommend this shop to anyone!

Jack has helped me a couple times and each time he's been understanding and thorough. It's nice to have a mechanic who's honest- makes it easier to pay the bill. Between a tow and some mechanical fixes, Jack is the guy I'll be going to from now on. Thanks BigJacks for your quality work.

I have never written a google review before, but felt compelled to after my experience. I took my car there, was the worst experience! Big Jack said I could bring it in, he diagnosed it, but wasn't sure when he could do the work, gave me a price higher than other people did, seemed to suggest I should take the car some place else, but was pushy about wanting me to take the car away, and accused me of having a bad attitude. When I did find another place to take it to, he wanted $150 diagnostic fee, which he never informed me of to begin with (a violation of state law), wouldn't be reasonable with me about it, and when I protested, threatened to call the cops on me. I would never recommend this place to anyone! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! unless you wanted to be poorly treated and ripped off.

I never left reviews but this went too far. The least professional group, has NO DECENCY or MORALS. All they care is money. They yelled at customers and screamed so loud that scared little girl to cry. I felt violated, bullied and intimidated. Wish this sort of experience wouldn’t happen to anyone else. Customers are not to be bullied please.

Features and Benefits:
- The AVID Ascend features a mildly asymmetric tread design consisting of three ride zones that focus on dry grip, water evacuation and wintertime traction. - Large outboard shoulder blocks are connected by tread block bridges to maintain tire contact with the road that helps enhance dry response and cornering stability. - The continuous center rib provides constant rubber-to-road contact to enhance straight-line tracking while its tapered outboard edge promotes more-even wear. - Cross grooves and four circumferential grooves help evacuate water from under the tread to increase hydroplaning resistance and promote wet traction. - Yokohama's 3D Adaptive Sipes provide more tread block rigidity for longer wear, while their biting edges increase wet and wintertime traction. - Inboard tread blocks feature higher density 3D Adaptive Sipes to provide additional biting edges that increase winter traction in light snow. - The tire's internal structure includes twin steel belts reinforced by spirally wrapped nylon on top of polyester body plies.
