My daughter’s tire blew on the highway in the middle of the night and had to be towed. After a tiring night in an area we weren’t familiar with, we just picked a tire shop to call near her car-City Tire. We couldn’t have picked a better place. I spoke with the Manager, Mike on my first call and was so impressed with his willingness to help a mom hundreds of miles away trying to help her stranded daughter. Scheduled an independent tow to his shop and though it ended up being towed there hours later than expected, Mike and his crew still got it in before closing. He made sure that she was able to get back in her car that same day and drive home safely. Great customer service!

I’ve had consistently great experiences here — fast, reliable, and honest service every time. Huge shout-out to Mike, the manager, who always keeps things running smoothly. He’s friendly, efficient, and makes sure everything stays on schedule without ever making you feel rushed. They do excellent work, offer great prices, and most importantly, never try to upsell you on things you don’t need.
