Very reasonable and reliable. I take my tesla here for summer/winter wheel swaps and have consistently had a great experience. From the moment I walked, David and Derek were friendly and communicated well throughout. I typically will walk over to Jo Mama's for a bite (or to work) while I wait, and it's done before I know it. Highly recommend!

These guys are AMAZING!!! I arrived here on a recommendation after a week of car troubles that you would have to see to believe. I was completely overwhelmed, with my latest issue -- a very low tire on my loaner vehicle. David greeted me, and assured me that they would be able to take care of me right away. This was a huge relief, as they were an hour from closing for the weekend. I thought it was going to be an easy fix, but it turned out the tire needed replacing. David was able to order one right away, and the spare was attached so that I could have something to drive while I waited for the tire to get delivered. David and his staff were courteous, professional, and incredibly helpful. I went from being very distraught to leaving with my problem resolved at a very reasonable price. As if these guys couldn't get any better, the waiting room had a corner that looked like a mini greenhouse. When I asked about the starter spider plants, I was told that they grow them there and distribute them to nursing homes in the area. What kind thing to do. Aside from the wonderful foliage, the waiting room was well stocked with coffee, magazines, and chairs for customers. Very welcoming . I would highly recommend Cape and Island Tire to anyone needing help with tire repair/replacement . Everyone who I came into contact with here seemed genuinely happy to help. Thank you so much!!!

Went there on a Saturday right at 8am for a tire repair. They were so welcoming, extremely nice and quick! By 8:25am I was out. Amazing service! Go there!!!

Stopped this morning to get 2 tires repaired. Service is first-come-first served but wait time was minimal (and they have coffee available). Everyone was pleasant and service was excellent. Very pleased and thankful for such a great experience.

The staff at Cape & Islands Tire - Orleans were awesome! Ronnie, the Technician was professional, fast and explained the process on the swap out of the wheels (rear) on my RV.
