Miki was awesome. Honest and straightforward. Of course we did our due diligence and were knowledgeable and informed before making any agreements, but I feel like my wife and I, as well as Lithia, came away satisfied. Had what we thought might have been an issue with the car the day after we purchased…Miki and Lithia put us at the top of the list the next day and got the car checked out right away. We love the car and hope this review stands…time will tell, but for now, we appreciate everyone at Lithia.
