I feel so fortunate to have been able to bring my truck to this shop. Starting with my phone call with Lindsey to my interaction with the mechanic, I got a genuine feeling of kindness. Being an out of towner here in Ebensburg, 3.5 hours from home and having steam coming from under the hood of my truck caused a bit of anxiety for me to say the least. On short notice, this shop assessed the problem, added coolant, gave me additional coolant for the road and instructed me on what to do in order to make it back home so that my local shop could take care of the needed replacement. So refreshing there are still folks out there that are willing to help a stranger without expectation. God bless, thank y’all!

Needing new tires is never pleasant- it’s pricey and a hassle. Impact Truck Service made my tire purchasing and install process as seamless as can be. Not only did they work with me to order the most appropriate tires for my truck based on my needs, but they also picked the truck up from my home, replaced the tires, and returned it once complete! I was able to pay the invoice online and never had to leave our house. Highly recommend Impact for vehicle servicing!
