Car maintenance is a headache and trying to find a place that doesn't add to the stress of it all is hard. Cangany at Mitthoeffer has been nothing but great. Amazing customer service from all the guys I've talked to. Car Maintenance cost is easier to stomach because they are honest and up front. They are honest about whether you need or should get something. And that makes me know that I am truly getting the best price. I'm willing to drive 11 miles and through a mall parking lot filled with potholes to get to Cangany.

I took my car in for a repair and initially agreed to the service but quickly changed my mind (due to the price) and called them to cancel the service within a couple hours and BEFORE any work had begun on my car. I was assured that I’d canceled in time. I informed them I’d pick up my car in the morning. When I arrived (just after they opened), they had my car in the shop performing the service I’d canceled. I was appalled. They were aware I’d canceled and went forward with the repair anyway. I was forced to pay for an unauthorized service. The man I dealt with was immature and rude, grinning at my dismay. Horrible customer service! These are shady crooks. Do not bring your vehicle to this establishment.
