I had them take off the factory rims and change them with new rims that I bought. They didn't take the sensors off the old rims and put them on my new rims. My car was now getting a error message about tire pressure monitoring system,and they told me it would go away in 72 hours,well it didn't. It cost me a whole other bill to buy 4 new sensors and pay for labor. Very unhappy.

I had my car towed to Montesinos & Sons for a flat tire. The tire was replaced, but it went flat again the next day. I was told it could be another issue, so I got a second opinion from another shop. They confirmed there were no other problems, replaced the tire, and the issue was resolved. This was an inconvenience and added expense. I hope this feedback helps improve quality control.
