My car overheated in North Adams while I was on Vacation 3 hours from home. Gills got me in and out quickly for a very fair price. They didn't take advantage of my being a woman traveling far from home., like I honestly expected. It was refreshing. I would use Gills again if I were in the area and I would heartily recommend them to family and friends. I was able to enjoy my vacation and get home safely.

I'm always very happy with the service at Gills Point S in North Adams. Recently I had new tires installed and a four-wheel alignment done. I swear by the Nokian One for an all-season tire. I was glad they had a set in stock and that I could save my company a few bucks by getting the tires for the Black Friday special of by 3 get 1 free deal. I knew the car also needed an alignment due to fabric showing on one of the front tires and the steering wheel being turned slightly to the left when driving straight. The technician there did a excellent job and now the car handles a lot better and can make it through the snow. Thank you, Gills Point S!

The staff at Gill's do a great job each and every time I visit there . They are great at customer service and always provide quality service. I go there for oil changes, tires and repairs and I am always very happy . No one wants to have problems with our vehicles but with Gills they take the stress out of it and you know you can trust them ...which is great !

Left Gill’s this morning extremely satisfied with the service! I purchased my car from Johnson Ford (Gold certified) over a year ago. It had some issues with the alignment so much so that the wheel was always cocked and pulling to the left. Ford did atleast 2-3 alignments for me and it never was 100% fixed. After getting some new tires on, I decided to bring it to Gills for an alignment. The technician Jacob did an excellent job! After doing the alignment and test driving it, he put it back on the machine to make further corrections. The wheel is super straight now and it drives beautifully! Thank you thank you Gills for your excellence!!!
