This was a great tire experience. Had a price for me within minutes of making a phone call, got our family vehicle right in. These guys are willing to put in the work to keep you going with a 5,000 mile tire rotation. I feel great about them and will definitely refer more folks to them! Thanks again! Oh-and they said my tires will be great, man are they beefy! Love them!

What a great experience and so easy! Truly helpful and affordable. I came in for a nasty nail in my tire and I barely waited 10 minutes before they assessed the problem and got me in and out. I also loved how they treated me as if I have been family for years, staff and especially Alex were awesome! The waiting room had coffee and was super clean, not something you usually see in car shops I might have to admit. I will definitely be returning for other tire services, and keep friend and family in the loop, totally recommend!

These Guys are beyond fantastic at everything they do! Just bought a 2019 Kia stinger off of Alex and helped me out tremendously! Treats me and all his other customers like family and if I ever have any issues with the car I’m gonna do the same and treat him like family and take my car to him always! Best work done always! Never disappointed! Beyond thankful for all the help from Alex and the others! I always got work done on my other car and will continue to at tire factory and they always did great work! I wouldn’t recommend any other place! Great work! Great prices! You guys are awesome! Thankyou guys so much!🙌

As a woman, it usually feels intimidating to get car work done because as someone with no car knowledge you are blindly trusting the work ethic of the mechanic, right? I was recommended this place from my oil change at a local Monroe because I wanted tires other than stock for my Jeep and was SO happy with the rec! The tires came in promptly and they got me in for the labor the same day they arrived. Alex and Bob showed me the parts that were literally falling apart and needed replaced. I appreciated their honesty and friendly demeanor. This will be my go-to place for car work now!
