Randolph Automotive has always gone out of their way to service my car when needed. I called once when my tire pressure light came on, and even though it was right before closing, they told me to come in. I had a nail in my tire, which they patched. I was very grateful for them making time for me, because if I had to wait, it could have made the situation worse. I just bought four new tires, and received a $110 rebate, which again they got me in before the rebate expired! I feel like I 'm in good hands with Randolph Automotive.
