I was towed here by AAA when I had a flat in downtown Boston. I left the car overnight and was contacted first thing in the morning. I needed to replace all four tires as they were the wrong kind for Boston winters. Amazingly enough, they were able to get the tires that day and replace them. The cost was very reasonable. I was quite pleased with my experience.

I was having issues with my Jeep Wrangler that even the dealership could not diagnose. However, Paul got me in right away and was able to identity the issue which was my transmission. Although they do not do this kind of work, he reached out to a garage who does this kind of work to let them know the issues he had found w my Jeep so it made it that much easier for me to set up the appointment. It’s rare that you get this level of customer service these days. Paul is a true asset to Summer Street Auto Care. Thank you so much for your help Paul!
