I have been going to Buffalo Tire since 1981 and the family has always been cordial, prompt, and straightforward. They always provide multiple options for tire selections and other repairs which is great comfort to all of their customers.

First going to Buffalo Tires was a chance. After going to another company. I highly recommend them. Everyone on the staff was great. They took the time and patience to explain to me what I needed. Being a woman I wanted honesty not a rip off to get money. They were honest. What I needed and what was recommended. This little shop is an absolute lifesaver. I was down in Richmond for work. After a 17 hour shift, I came outside at midnight to find my battery completely dead. Took a lift to my hotel, called this team to ask if they had a battery the next day. They reserved it for me. When I missed my appointment the next morning (State farm cancelled my tow truck 4 times over 6 hours), they called to check on me. When I told them what was happening, they contacted a tow truck they trusted and he towed me to them. Battery was replaced in less than an hour. Absolutely touched by their customer service for someone out of town. I went so far as to give their information to my mechanic up in Leesburg for referrals for clients who get stuck down here. Absolutely wonderful, 10/10.
