Needing a tow isn't fun. Needing a pull of your own driveway is less fun. It wouldn't be Buffalo though without snow messing up your day at least once in a season. Mike though had me and my car sorted out in no time. In less time than it took me to get stuck he had me out and ready to go. Having worked with his light service guys in the past this is a common theme for Bellrengs. From jumping my cars, helping with tires, and now a winch out I value my AAA membership all the more for having this team on the roster. Thank you Mike and the Bellreng's team. Stay safe and warm out there.

Great experience. Highly recommended only seeing Don for tires, he specializes and knows tires at a very in depth level. Staff was extremely polite, knowledgeable and went out of their way. I can’t stress enough the importance of dealing with a specialist when purchasing something in the automotive world, tires are crucial for safety and driving and Don wants to sell you on what works best for you and your saftey. Do yourself a favor and go to this family owned shop, you won’t be disappointed!

I was referred to Bellrengs by a friend Rob Hausrath and was not disappointed, I delt with Don Raiser, who recommended a different tire than I was looking at the tire he recommended out preformed my expectations. While working on my F-350 they found a broken wheel stud the break was old with rust not new instead for running up my bill Don check with the dealer and advised me it would be a warranty repair saving me $900.00+, being a dually you have to take the rear axle apart to get at the part. Don also called me the next day to make sure the dealer took care of it. Don was a pleasure to work with he was dedicated, knowledgeable and followed up beyond normal. I would highly recommend both Bellrengs and Don Raiser to every one'

I had an incredibly positive experience with Zach from this company. I needed to call AAA 3x because the first two companies that came out said that they couldn’t start the car and couldn’t even get it towed on a flatbed! I was very lucky that the third time I called Zach from Bellreng was assigned to my car. He said that it was just a battery issue and got the car started right up. Most importantly, he was kind, professional and reassuring throughout the process. I will absolutely reach out to this company in the future for car care.

Attempted to purchase rims from Don Raiser for my car by phone & pricing... Couldn't get Don to call me back leaving my name... Finally called back using a fake name & he returned my call... Interesting? 🤷 Anyway, we tossed a few rims & pricing around & I was close to buying rims we had figured out... Last Friday communications suddenly ended & Don just disrespected me & started ignoring my texts... Known him for years, but it appears he has some type of feelings about me that he's being too cowardly to approach... My $$ is green, but it appears Bellreng's has terrible customer relations & condones disrespecting customer's trying to do business... Got much more respect, & better pricing with Don @ Fox Tire... Don, if you've got a problem with me, step to the pumps my man!! Hate cowards...
