Honesty. That’s really all you can ask for outside of great service. I used to go to Midas for oil change, and the last two times they’ve asked me that I needed to change my brakes. They give you the scare tactics, which is a big red flag. Fast forward a year later… Hometown tells me the brakes are good. No action needed. I’ll definitely be coming back when the time comes for the brake replacement.

We've been taking our 2014 Prius to Hometown Auto for years. And in the 11+ years we've had this car, we've never had a moment's problem with it. We credit these folks for their excellent care in their routine maintenance. Their prices are very fair and the staff are great. I'm usually in and out in less than an hour. They do exactly what they say they'll do, they've never suggested anything that the car didn't need or try to upsell us. And I've never noticed them treating women differently from men, which I've had to deal with in the past (I'm a petite woman). In fact, I've noted that they treat everyone with good-natured respect and patience, which is rare these days. Since my husband and I share a single car, it's vital for us to keep the car in great condition. We hope to keep our car for as long as it can possibly last and we trust these guys to take good care of it.

I took my car in to get the brakes done. After inspection they let me know I only needed the rear brakes done. They were also able to take care of my inspection while they had the car. I have had several services done here and it is always easy to schedule.

Went to Hometown for the first time earlier in the month. A friend highly recommended them for their honesty and great prices. I was absolutely thrilled with the guys, their service and the price. I just found my new mechanic! It's nice to feel like I'm not getting ripped off just because I'm a woman.

I can highly recommend Hometown!! My brakes needed repair & I found them online. I dropped by and they were more than accommodating. They provided a ride home and back to pick up the car. Total professionals and it’s going to be my go to place for my car.
