So in Agust 2024 I went to this shop and bought 2 new steer tires. And asked for a 3 axle alignment. I was told my track bars needed to be replaced to be able to do a 3 axle alignment . It was late in the day, and I had a load to pick up, so they just adjusted the toe for my brand new steers. 😔 those lasted almost 2 months. So I thought I had gotten a bad set. So I bought another set. 😠 and those lasted almost 2 months. So I bought a 3rd set and took it to Southern Tire in Tennessee. Turns out Lee's service had left my toe off. It's been 3 months now, and my steers are just like new. If you get work done here, just take it to another shop to double-check the alignment. I learned that the hard way. Ps all my front end was new. King pins leaf spring bushing and even the damn hub and steer box , linkage, and arm. Lee's, please do better . I called just to let you know what happened so you could keep an eye on the alignment guy. The fact that you got defense and tried to blame me tells me you don't care. So here it it.

We’re taking my daughter’s Toyota Prius from San Diego to Corvallis as she’s going up to OSU for college. The plastic flap under the car by the driver’s seat was flapping in the wind loudly We found Lee’s and the gentleman pulled a truck out of the bay and put her car on the rack, fixed it for us and got us on our way within 15 minutes. This was a fantastic learning experience for my daughter on this mom and daughter road trip. Thank you very much! Everyone there was very friendly and maybe they were giggling a little bit about having a tiny Prius up on the rack next to the big trucks. You guys are great!

Great tire shop! Very professional. Works like a national chain even tho I don't think they are. Got me in and out in an hour with 4 new drive tires and back on the road. My company gave them a PO and I was out of there no issues. Looks like our company has found a new tire vendor for the Fresno area 👍👍
