Purchased my 2017 Fiat 124 Spider within the last 6 months. I brought it to Bristow's on a friend's recommendation. Glad I did. Had them do a comprehensive inspection and then had them do the repairs. Car currently has 66k miles on it and it felt like it before. Now it feels like a brand new car! Everything is tight and work is very well done! They've helped me remember why I love roadster! I strongly recommend Bristow's! We've already scheduled our appointment for the wife's car! Glad we don't have to work with the old dealer anymore!

Absolutely 5-star+ service. My BMW roadster service light was on for some time and I was recommended to Bristow’s and am very thankful for their work recommendation and honest report. I knew some of the service that was going to be needed and they did a much more thorough job. Very friendly and courteous, contacting me to confirm the service and cost associated with my Beamer. My classic car was towed to Bristow’s completely seized up. It was freshly detailed at the time of its arrival and also when I pulled out of there. It was closely diagnosed as they made sure every step of the way that I wanted to proceed as the labor and parts started to add up. All the while, making sure I was satisfied. Also, in depth discussions as well as educational elements were always involved relating to my classic vehicle and the necessary of particular parts and fabrication work and custom work was always described in great detail and a lot of the times simplified so I could understand what needed to be done at that step or process. I am delighted to have been able to have Pete and his team show me around either in the office or shop floor.
