Haskins Automotive treated me with complete disrespect. I came in for an estimate but chose not to have my car repaired there. When I went to pick up my key, the employee handed it to me and said “bad!” in a mocking tone. I asked, “What?” but she ignored me and shut the door in my face. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. It’s clear they have no respect for customers who decide not to spend money at their shop. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

The staff and technicians are very honest and competent. They give you an honest quote and don't push for any unnecessary work. Work is always highly professional. Appreciate their dedication to keeping my car safe!

I had Haskins perform significant service on my 18 year old car that I use only for local travel due to its age and admittedly had delayed much needed service. I like the car and Haskins did multiple needed mechanical repairs. All done very well. Patrick and others in customer service were competent, courteous, and professional. Updates were provided to me every day.

As a younger female driver, I went all around the area to different autobody shops worrying I was being taken advantage of. However, after meeting Vitaly, I knew he was coming from a genuine place. He did not quote me a crazy price for my repair (to a 2025 Lexus mind you) like other shops and it helped they are Lexus Collision Certified. Haskins kept me up to date a couple times per week and got my car done quickly! Also, shout out to Giovanni for being amazing as she was super kind in answering any questions I had!

We brought our Lexus to Haskins automotive after being sideswiped on the highway. The quality of the repairs, and the personnel there is exemplary, our car looks perfect, and drives perfectly.
