I am usually pleased with the service received, however I wasn’t this time. I took my car in for an oil change and asked that they please check the car because I’m hearing something that sounds like something loose towards the drivers side. I was at the shop before it even opened and was the 3rd person on line. About an hour later, I was told my car was ready. I asked about the noise and was told nothing appeared to be loose. I told the gentleman that in order to hear the noise, the car needed to be driven. He then recommended that I bring the car early to be thoroughly checked because it would take some time. I told him that I was there before the shop even opened. I am still hearing the noise and will unfortunately have to take the day off again, and take it elsewhere.

Everyone at the wheel and tire depot is always so friendly and they greet you as soon as you walk in. I appreciate that when I have a tire emergency, they order the tire and get me in right away. I highly recommend this place.

I recently visited Wheel & Tire Depot to purchase and install four new tires, and the experience was fantastic. From start to finish, the service was top-notch—efficient, professional, and friendly. A special shoutout to Carlos and Will, who went above and beyond to make the process smooth. They were knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and ensured everything was done quickly and correctly. Their customer service made a big difference, and I truly appreciate their attention to detail. If you're looking for quality tires and excellent service, I highly recommend Wheel & Tire Depot. Bought a set of new tires from them for my SUV. Once they came in I brought my vehicle by to get the new tires. I had them mount the tires on the factory rims and mount the wheels on the vehicle. I have a separate set of wheels and tires for the winter and when they swapped the wheels they lost one of my hub rings. Also, the alignment was done wrong, the steering wheel was not centered properly and now it’s facing to the right when I’m driving straight. I couldn’t talk to the tech because he doesn’t speak English. They charged me $90 bucks extra for this. They have a real half assed crew over there and I wouldn’t let them touch any of my vehicles again. They should hire licensed techs or mechanics there who speak English and have the proper training to work on vehicles. Their workers may not have the proper training needed to safely work on your car. I don’t have the time to keep bringing my car in so they can train on it, they should already be trained or at least properly suoervised.

Me and my family have been bringing each of our cars to Wheel & Tire Depot for many years. They’ve helped us with everything from tires, to major oil leaks, to regular maintenance. They are professional, efficient, and really great at explaining the issue and providing resolutions. But what’s most important to me, is that I know I can trust them. We all drive families in each of our cars and I trust this place to keep our cars and us safe. And Eddie is a godsend. He has incredible patience, has a wonderful attitude and is so helpful.
