I have to share my experience, because even though I love my new tires, I really wasn't thrilled with the service I received here. First, the positives: The tires are amazing. I called looking for an alignment and four new tires, went in Monday to have them installed. I was given a quote at a price before the service was rendered. Actually, Rob mentioned he would throw in the alignment for free! Which I thought at the time, was great. However, after the work was performed I was given a totally different price and it was quite a bit more! When I asked why, Rob told me that my car needed a four wheel alignment instead of the cheaper (free) 2 wheel alignment. I was then told I could "fight" his cashier for my discount. I opted not to fight the man. The other thing I really have an issue with is the cleanliness of their whole lobby and office area. The smell when I walked in at one was like a terrible combo of food and someone's upset stomach (if you catch my drift) then, horrifyingly my car smelled like their office when I got in. So, paid more than I was quoted for an alignment was a surprise price that he should have known was what I needed, based on my car type, and then was treated in a way that in my opinion, was not very customer friendly and on top of it all, my car stunk. However, my tires are amazing. I just won't be back to C&R for Michellins or anything else, again. It's too bad, because we've been coming here for a long time, but don't quote me a number then change it. That's not a good practice.
