Honestly, would give 0 stars. Had an issue with a coolant leak in my work car, called AAA and got it towed at 7am, called a few times and explained that its an emergency as its a work vehicle, we were constantly told that it was "next in line". My girlfriend called around 1:30 and was given a open-ended answer of "well it could be today, could be tomorrow, not really sure right now". As the phone was on speaker, I heard everything and how it was spoken. Working with customers myself, I've had bad days, but it doesn't give you the right to have a blasé attitude. 2pm comes around and I spoke to the clerk at the counter who was the one who spoke to my girlfriend and I was given the same "not sure when we'll get to look at it" even after being told it was "next in line" all day. I then asked for the key as I didn't feel comfortable with allowing Jennings to do the work, especially after being dragged all day to not even have it be put on a lift to be diagnosed. Called AAA again and had it towed to another facility. By that time it was already 4pm and Noone could look at it until the morning, understandably so. 8am this morning, I get a call that AAA members get priority so they have it up on the lift and will perform a diagnostic. 2hrs later I get a call that it was a hose clamp that needed to be replaced and it would be $175. Another 2hrs later I get a call that its been replaced, bled, tested and ready for pickup. Absolutely will never use Jennings again. If you were too busy to look at it or expedite the repair, let the customer know. Being open and honest with customers goes a lot way and prevents unnecessary aggravation. Ricky: from someone who deals with customers for tens of thousands of dollars for excavation work; your attitude and how you speak to your customers is everything. I met you for 5min and even after letting you know that I was unsatisfied with the wait, you didn't try and explain why, apologize for delay or try to pull me back in for your company to make a sale. Take this as a learning experience and do better next time. Unfortunately, my girlfriend who has spent thousands of dollars with your company on vehicle repairs will not be back.

Everyone needs a great mechanic and this an amazing shop to work with. I have had my car serviced here several times. Work is exceptional and prices are more than fair. Recently ran into a minor issue with my hood, it was fixed and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

I have an EV. The car’s weight and incredible torque do a number on tires. The dealer replaced the first set at 15,000 miles. We adjusted our driving and managed to get 25,000 miles on the next set of original equipment tires. I asked the Shop Manager, Ricky, for a tire that would last longer and still maintain good stopping distance. He recommended some Continentals, which lasted 60,000! So Ricky really knows his tires. Great prices and service too.

My experience at Jennings was exceptional. Ricky was upfront and honest with pricing and timeframe for my state inspection, oil change and tire rotation. The waiting area was serene with comfortable seating. Very clean and tidy. I got the impression that the entire staff takes pride in their work. Thanks, Ricky!
