My car 2023 X7 was rear ended in January, and was repaired at this shop. It took them over 3 months to fix my car and when I went to pick it up I noticed the chassis light on in the dashboard which was not a previous issue, but one generated there. I was told to go to the service shop and talk to them, and was told the issue is that I need a battery replacement however they say they do not have the battery and are not able to order it because it’s not available anywhere. I’ve been waiting for almost 3 months for the battery and last time time I called them this week I was told that they understand my frustration however that there is nothing they can do because it is in back order, and that I should try contacting BMW corporate directly. This makes no sense, this is a BMW dealer where I purchased my car and there is no battery to be replaced to fix a problem they caused, since the car entered in the shop without this problem. I’m very disappointed at the Checkered Flag for the handling of this situation, and this is not what we expect when we buy a BMW.

I scheduled an appointment for 9:00 am. The office was clean, smelled great and the staff was very polite. My vehicle had a minor issue that I needed to be fixed. I was serviced by Brian whom was very prompt in looking over my vehicle. He immediately informed me that it was an easy fix and drove it around to the shop to be repaired. I was totally elated at his quick response and getting my vehicle serviced. I didn’t have to leave my vehicle and that made me very happy as I’m handicapped. After servicing my vehicle Brian parked it right at the front door so I didn’t have to hassle with the sidewalk. I thank God for Brian being the one to remedy my situation today. Thank you Brian and if anyone hasn’t told you, you are an amazing person and a valuable employeee. Thank you again.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Doug Becker was my collision consultant and kept me updated on everything throughout the repair process. I had around 16k worth of damage to the rear end of my 6 month old Golf R, and when they were done, you would never know anything had happened to it. They went above and beyond to avoid paint lines from tape (to the point that they repainted the entire roof rather than just the back end that needed repainted).

I am very disappointed, I went to this center and made an appointment to drop off my car for collision but I was never able to go to the appointment (I notified them that I would not be able to drop off the car) I had given my insurance authorization to send the check to this place, so since I did not leave the car with them, my insurance told me that they have to give me the check because it belongs to me, I called to ask about the check and they say that they are going to return it because they cannot give it to me directly due to company policies. They returned the check but it was a duplicate check in my name, the other check that I authorized in the name of the company, they took it, took the money and made me believe that everything was fine. I want my money back.

From the start to finish Checkered Flag Body Shop has been great to work with. The manager who responded to my initial inquiry through email and all the staff have been very professional and easy to work with. I appreciated the great communication and updates throughout the process with both me and my insurance company. .The repairs on my car were done well and I am very pleased.
