I showed up to this business 40 minutes before closing looking for them to try and plug or look at least look at my leaking tire and they refused me even though they don’t close until 5pm on their website. I made my way down there for nothing and told me to come back at 8 AM the next morning and it was first come first serve so no guarantees I will be able to get my tire looked at in a timely manner. the guy behind the counter was very dismissive and rude I’m very disappointed I won’t be returning as a customer.

Great shop. They recommended a great new set of tires at a fair price. And when one of the new tires picked up a nail, they pulled the nail and checked it for free. I’ve had an oil change done there and was happy also. I’ll be back, for years to come.

I stopped in to have to them check a slow leak in one of my tires. They brought my car right back. After waiting 45 minutes I approached the male person at the counter and asked him if he knew what was wrong. He said I’m busy and walked away. After another 15 minutes I approached the counter again. I asked one of the women behind the counter. She told me the person working on the slow leak hasn’t been out to tell her what’s wrong. She didn’t offer to go back and find out. I felt as though I was interrupting their conversation. After this experience, it just reminded me why I stopped coming to Cape and Island Tires. BTW after 1.5 hours I’m still sitting here waiting without an answer while the 3 people are behind the counter talking and laughing.

Stoped into the Wareham store.absoutley awful.brad Smith was my service person at t counter.with a very grumpy attitude..I guess politeness and kindness does not come with your quote for 4 brand new high end tires ...let's not talk about the no smile or saying good morning to us when me and my wife walked up to the counter...no thank you .
