Jose Martinez and the team at LaFontaine went above and beyond for us during what could have been a very stressful situation. Our car purchase was completely unexpected after finding out our old vehicle wasn’t worth fixing, but Jose truly made the entire process a smooth and seamless transition. Kelli Morland came highly recommended from friends of ours. I did not have a lot of time to look for vehicles so I spoke with Kelli briefly over the phone and told her some of my likes and dislikes. When I Arrived, she had hand picked a vehicle based on my answers. It was very obvious that she had taken everything I said into consideration and found the perfect vehicle for me. This is my second LaFontaine experience. I picked up a 2024 Lyriq Sport 3 and now a 2026 Sierra Denali. I worked with Bethany Hunt both times and had an excellent, top-notch experience. She even came in on her day off to close the deal. She is an absolute rockstar who is great at what she does, knows what she's selling and brings a genuinely personal touch. I have had over 30 new cars in my lifetime (vehicular ADD; I’m working on it) and have dealt with countless dealers. This is easily the best dealership I have ever worked with. Everyone I encountered, from managers to sales to F&I, was incredibly friendly and helpful. I originally thought the “family deal” was just another car dealer gimmick, but they truly do treat you like family. The facility itself is impressive. They even have a gift shop and a café, and I doubt there is a single Buick, GMC or Cadillac model you could not find in stock. For a car guy like me, this place feels like Disney World. I highly recommend LaFontaine and Bethany Hunt, and I do not make that recommendation lightly. Before LaFontaine, I preferred the dentist over dealerships. :)
