These guys are the best. I was towing my camper to spend the weekend in Brewster when my camper tire went flat. I brought the flat tire over to get it checked out, turned out to be a bad valve stem. These guys took care of it in no time and told me it was on the house and to stay safe. There are some good people in this world and this shop is run by some of them.

I had a flat tire the Friday afternoon before a long holiday weekend. I called Cape & Islands Tire, and they told me to bring the car in. “First come, first served.” I waited less than a half hour, then they only took 15 minutes to repair my tire. No hassle. No pressure to buy a new tire. Very straightforward, and a very reasonable price. I will definitely consider them the next time I need new tires.

What a great company and bunch of guys. Needed a tire plugged at the end of the day and they took me in right away and got it going. So happy I went here after another place told me to take the tire off and bring it (I guess driving on the other three wheels, what were they thinking). Had other services done here in the past and always professional, courteous and fast. Great place. Highly recommended!

I am sharing on behalf of a friend and her experience. Yesterday I wrote to complain of treatment I received at Cape and Island Tire in Orleans, MA. That was before I read their reviews on Yelp. Derek Correia, store manager and the man who was so verbally abusive to me has been written about before. This has helped me feel better. I am a widow with limited means and no knowledge about tires and cars. My husband took care of the cars. I spent $800.00 on 4 new tires and received verbal abuse. If my husband had been with me this would not have happened. Apparently Derek can only attack women especially women who are in trouble. I need help. Last week I wrote to you about buying 4 tires ($800.00) at Cape and Island Tire in Orleans, MA. I was verbally abused, threatened. and made to feel unsafe by the store manager, Derek Correia. The last things he said to me as I was standing inside the store's garage was "get your disgusting car out of here. You back it out of here yourself. I don't want to see you here, ever again." I got in my car to back it out but was so frightened by his words and his actions that I just sat in my car. An employee, working in the garage, came to my car. I asked him to please get in and back the car out for me. Through the computer I found the names of brothers, Doug and Michael Bourgault, the owners. I have been unable to find any way to contact them. . Please help me not become a silent victim. I am a widow with no family on the Cape. Women like me, frightened and alone need the help of strangers.

Matt and his Staff are most professional, friendly and courteous as they efficiently and timely attend to their work! I also want to make mention of a conversation and interchange I witnessed between the staff, Matt and a customer whose first language was not English. Staff and Matt interacted with this customer who was having a difficult time expressing himself clearly due to the language barrier, with the utmost kindness, respect, and decency…..all behaviors that we can all aspire to and practice with one another every single day…..and I, as a new customer, will spread the word not only of the quality of the work and service; however, most of all, about the quality of the treatment of its customers:-))…….and that role modeling begins with its owner…..well done, Matt!
